Custom Poker Chips stake their claim in the promotional marketplace

Custom Poker Chips are not just for poker anymore!

Staking a claim in the promotional marketplace – custom poker chips are now used to promote products, they are used as discount coupons, golf markers, business cards, drink tokens, military coins, collectibles, trade show giveaways, customized promotional items, and even rush promotional items because they can be made so quickly and affordably yet they make a strong impact when given away.

Custom poker chips are available in several styles – but the 4 main types are:

Foil Stamped Poker Chips – When creating Custom Foil Stamp Poker Chips, a one color line art or vector logo can be converted into a shiny gold or silver foil stamped imprint in the center of the chip.  Only a limited type of chip can accept foil stamp – they are made especially to be able to take the heat and pressure required to permanently hot stamp the imprint in to the center of the poker chip.  This method requires the creation of a die for imprinting and the artwork must work as a black and white in a 7/8 inch diameter imprint area.

Full Color Pro Inlay Chips in 9 edge colors – the center of these chips is customized with a permanent pro laminated inlay.  Custom Inlay Poker Chips a sticker but a permanent and professional waterproof inlay like those that are used on the poker chips in Las Vegas – the centers can be customized to a full 1.26 inches in diameter with artwork, text, full color graphics and even photos.  This method renders easily visible and highly accurate color replication with minimal effort.   These come in a variety of stripe patterns including but not limited to: 6 stripe, 8 stripe, 5 stripe and nexgen striped chips. Rush orders are available on this kind of custom poker chip!

Custom Ceramic Edge to Edge Chips – The most fully custom of all available poker chips, these ceramic custom poker chips can be completely personalized with your graphics from edge to edge. These 10 gram full color chips can even be printed on the very side edge of the chips with custom designed striping and text.  This process is very touchy so we recommend a test print prior to a large run as the process is a dye sublimation process and text needs to be opened wider so as not to bleed together and colors can change slightly in the process of imprinting.  This method is the best way to fully customize all aspects of a chip but requires forethought and great attention to detail in the design process.

Last but not least are our
Custom Cer Blend Center Printed Chips in 13 standard edge colors. Printed center poker chips feature a state of the art vibrant digital print that is permanently printed on the center of your choice of 14 different colored pre – striped chips.  This process is an advanced automated printing method that adheres ink directly to the white center of the chip rendering true four color process on the chip surface.  Even consecutive numbering and variable data numbering are available on these poker chips.  By far one of the most collectible – this process has a three week lead time and a minimum of 500 chips.

Often we combine custom poker chips with custom playing cards to make a complete custom poker set which may include a either custom playing card boxes that can also hold chips, or custom poker chip boxes that can also hold cards.  These boxes can come in a variety of materials including wood, plastic, leather, aluminum and velvet.
