When clients call for the first time - in many cases they have never ordered custom playing cards before. These are some of the common questions clients have when they are getting involved with a custom card project.
Commonly Asked Questions About Custom Playing Cards
1. What are the sizes that custom playing cards come in?
Poker and Bridge Sizes
There are two main sizes that custom playing cards come in:
Poker Size which measures 2.5 x 3.5 inches with rounded corners and
Bridge Size which measure 2.25 x 3.5 inches with rounded corners.
Poker and bridge playing card decks consist of 52 playing cards and 2 jokers.
Texas Holdem Rules and Calendards can also be added to your decks.
Pinochle Decks Size
Pinochle Playing Cards are available in a standard size of 2.25 x 3.5 - the same size as bridge cards.
Custom Tarot Card Decks, Jumbo Playing Cards and Flash Cards
Custom Tarot Cards are available in a standard size of 3.5 X 5.
This is also a standard size for educational Flash cards and Jumbo playing cards.
Custom Miniature Playing Cards
Miniature Playing Cards are available in a standard size of 1 5/8 x 2 5/16
and come in a custom printed tuck box.
Credit Card Size Single Playing Cards
These individual playing cards come in a credit card size of 2 1/8 x 3 3/8 to better fit into your wallet. They can be decorated with foil stamp or can be fully customized and printed in full color on both sides. Tip charts, schedules, calendars or business card information can be printed on one side with foil stamp or full color design on the other.
2. What ind of stock should I order for my cards?
We provide several types of playing card stock depending on your needs.
Casino Quality
Casino Quality Playing Cards are recommended for the following:
- You are giving them to a card player
- You are using them to play cards regularly
- You are handing out 100 or more decks at an event or a trade show
- You need the best possible quality
- Require a linen finish
Promotional Quality
Promotional quality playing cards are recommended for the following:
- Creating prototype of personalized playing card decks
- Need a small run of cards as a giveaway
- Want to use them as business cards
- Do not require casino quality
- Need a free custom full color box with your order
- Want to use them as business cards
- Need an inexpensive way to add 54 faces to your card decks
- Need a minimum run of thre decks with custom boxes
- Need a small run of manny cards per deck
- Need a small run of Jumbo size or miniature playing cards
- Need decks with way more or way less than 54 cards per deck in them
3. How long is production time?
Printed Playing Cards Production Time
On average our production time is two business weeks to the date we will ship. We offer a rush servvice for playing cards that can
ship out cards from production in as little as 48 hours from placing your order. These is an extra charge for
rush orders and your order may also require expedited shipping.
Foil Stamp Playing Cards Production Time
For foil stamp playing cards the production time is 7 busines days. There is an option for a 3 day rush service
on these cards. There is an extra fee for the rush service.
Custom Shaped Playing Cards Production Time
Custom shaped playing cards and playing cards in custom sizes require an extra one to two weeks
to produce as a die will need to be created in order to accommodte your custom shape.

Each of our custom playing cards are manufactured using either plastic coated casino quality playing card stock or 100 percent plastic stock. We can custom
print playing cards in both Poker and Bridge sizes and custom tuck boxes are
available in many varieties - plastic playing card boxes, wooden playing card
boxes and custom cardbord playing card boxes - single and double for both poker
and bridge personalized playing card decks. Generally custom playing cards come
standard at no extra charge in a white cardboard style tuck box with a clear window
which shows off the imprint on the back side of your custom cards. This is available at no extra
charge.

instantly and email it back to you for your approval. After approval - we will
take your information and at that time your art will immediately be submitted
to production for printing. Depending on the time frame of your order you could
